When a consumer applies for a product on a Biller’s site, the Biller checks to see if the consumer is able to pay with Ontime.A Biller may be able to offer cheaper prices and/or a wider range of products to consumers who pay with Ontime.Billers can use two checks to determine the availability of an Applicant:

The Light Availability Check
2.
The Full Availability Check Once a consumer has selected Ontime and agreed to our terms, Ontime onboards the consumer with the Payroll Provider.
